Terms N' Conditions

1. Services Provided

Bark N' Bunk agrees to provide dog boarding and/or daycare services for the named pet(s) as outlined in this Agreement. Services include but are not limited to:
 

• Boarding (overnight stay) 

• Daycare (daily care during specified hours)

• Feeding, exercise, and general supervision

2. Rates & Payment: 

​

The rates for services are as follows:

​

•  Daycare (Up to 10 hours):
  1 Dog - £25 per day
  2 Dogs - £40 per day
   

•  Boarding (24 Hours):

        1 Dog - £35 per night
        2 Dogs - £60 per night
 

​Payment is due upon drop-off unless otherwise agreed during the booking process.
​

The business reserves the right to charge additional fees for late pick-ups, special services, or damages caused by the pet.

3. Check-In and Check-Out
 

• Pets should be checked in and out during regular business hours:
  7am - 7pm unless otherwise agreed during the booking process.
   

• Early or late check-ins/check-outs may be subject to additional fees.
   

4. Reservations & Cancellations

Reservations are secured on a first-come-first-serve basis.
 

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the total value of the booking.
   

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged 100% of the total value of the booking.

​5. Health Requirements
 

• Client agrees that their pet is fully up to date with vaccinations, worming and flea treatments.
   

• Pets must be free from contagious diseases and parasites. If a pet shows signs of illness, the business reserves the right to refuse service or seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.
   

• Any special medical needs or behavioral concerns should be disclosed upon booking.
   

6. Pet Behavior and Safety
 

• Client agrees to provide accurate information regarding their pet's behavior and temperament. Pets with aggressive or dangerous behavior may not be accepted or may be sent home at the business's discretion.
   

• If your pet requires additional care due to behavior issues (e.g., excessive barking, anxiety, etc.), additional charges may apply.
   

• The client understands that while reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of their pet, accidents can happen, and the business is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss unless caused by negligence.
   

7. Pet Food and Supplies
 

• Client is responsible for providing enough food, medication, and any other supplies for the duration of the stay.
   

• Client is responsible for providing bedding, toys, treats and walking equipment such as collar / lead / harness.
   

• If the client fails to provide food or other necessary supplies, the business may purchase them at the client’s expense.

8. Veterinary Care
 

• In the event of an emergency, the business will make reasonable efforts to contact the client. If the client cannot be reached, the business is authorised to seek veterinary care at the client’s expense.
   

• The client agrees to reimburse the business for any veterinary expenses incurred while the pet is in their care.
   

9. Liability Waiver
 

The client agrees that Bark N' Bunk, its owners, employees, and agents will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to the pet or any other pet, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. The client acknowledges that they are responsible for their pet's actions during the boarding or daycare stay.
 

10. Indemnity
 

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bark N' Bunk, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, or liabilities, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or death, arising from or in connection with the care, handling, and transportation of the pet(s) under this Agreement. This includes any injuries caused by the pet to itself, other animals, or any third parties, as well as any claims related to the Client's failure to disclose important information about their pet, including behavioral or health issues. The Client further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bark N' Bunk for any claims resulting from the Client’s failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement, including the failure to provide accurate health information, vaccinations, or medical treatment history for their pet.
 

11. Termination of Agreement
 

• The business reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason, including but not limited to the pet’s health or behavior issues, failure to adhere to the terms of this agreement, or if the pet is not suitable for boarding or daycare.
   

• The client may terminate this agreement provided more than 48 hour's notice is given. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking will incur a cancellation fee.
   

12. Photo and Social Media Release
 

Client agrees that photos and videos of their pet(s) may be used for marketing and social media purposes unless otherwise specified in writing. Images / videos will only be uploaded to social media sites following the dog(s) stay at the premises, unless otherwise agreed.
 

13. Miscellaneous
 

• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
   

• This Agreement may be amended only in writing and signed by both parties.
   

14. Client and Emergency Contact Details
 

The Client agrees to provide the following contact information for the duration of their pet’s stay. This contact will be used in the event that the Client cannot be reached, or if immediate action is required concerning the pet’s health or safety.
